1. Acceptance of terms
These terms govern your use of our website and the general framework for our sheet metal fabrication and related services. A separate written purchase order, quote acceptance, subcontract, or similar instrument signed or accepted by you and Custom Sheet Metal, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) controls specific pricing, scope, delivery, warranties, and duties for each job. If that document conflicts with these terms on a particular point, the job-specific agreement prevails for that work.
2. Services we provide
We offer sheet metalwork and fabrication services, which may include, depending on your agreement:
- Layout, cutting, forming, welding, finishing, and assembly of sheet metal components
- HVAC ductwork, fittings, and related metal packages
- Architectural flashings, trims, panels, and custom profiles
- Industrial brackets, guards, enclosures, and fabricated metal structures within our shop capabilities
- Packaging, labeling, delivery coordination, and job-site or staging drops where agreed
- Customer communication regarding drawings, revisions, schedules, billing, and service matters
We perform services in accordance with applicable Texas and federal law, building and mechanical codes where applicable, safety requirements, and the terms of your agreement.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate drawings, specifications, quantities, material grades, gauges, finishes, and delivery information
- Identify code requirements, design responsibility, and performance criteria that affect fabrication choices
- Ensure designs and instructions are lawful and suitable for intended use
- Provide timely approvals for submittals, samples, and revisions when requested
- Notify us promptly of changes to contact information, schedules, shipping addresses, or billing details
4. Fees and billing
- Fabrication charges, material costs, engineering or detailing fees, rush fees, delivery charges, and taxes are set out in your quote, purchase order, invoice, or written agreement
- Unless stated otherwise, you remain responsible for costs caused by drawing errors approved by you, late changes after release to production, cancelled work already in progress, return trips, or special handling requested after quoting
5. No guarantee of outcomes
We use professional skill and care in fabrication, but we do not guarantee field fit in every circumstance without appropriate verification, coordinated surveys, or approved mock-ups where the project requires them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of materials, carriers, or third-party services.
6. Third parties
We may coordinate with material suppliers, finishers, carriers, and other vendors. Their warranties and limitations may apply separately. We are not liable for third-party delays or defects except to the extent caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care where required by law or agreement.
7. Website use

- You may not scrape, hack, or misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- We may change or discontinue site features without notice
8. Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding used by Custom Sheet Metal, Inc. are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customer-supplied drawings remain your property subject to your agreement with us; we may retain copies as needed for production records and warranty support.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Sheet Metal, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website, excluding fabrication services governed by a separate written agreement or mandatory law, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Sheet Metal, Inc. and its personnel from claims arising from inaccurate specifications, unlawful designs, misuse of fabricated products, or site conditions outside our control, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct as finally determined by a court.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another state’s laws. Venue provisions in your fabrication or supply agreement, if any, apply to disputes under that agreement.
13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional notice.
14. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
15. Entire agreement (website)
For website use, these terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement. Job-specific rights and duties are in your applicable quote, purchase order, subcontract, or addenda.
